Enable personalized care with Microsoft Healthcare BotMicrosoft Healthcare Bot, is the HITRUST-certified platform for creating artificial intelligence (AI) powered virtual health assistants and chatbots with new built-in templates for healthcare-specific uses, while expanding its integrated medical content options. Infermedica, a cutting-edge triage engine, based on AI, enables symptom checking in 17 languages (Moore, Rhew, & Lee, 2020).

Azure API for FHIR: In 2019, Microsoft became the first cloud provider with a fully managed, enterprise-grade service for health data in the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) format.This tool helps systems interoperate and share data in the cloud (Moore, Rhew, & Lee, 2020).
